A) Payment term
PLEASE READ AND UNDERSTAND OUR PAYMENT TERMS BEFORE YOU PERFORM ANY TRANSACTION.
1. Make sure you have received our INVOICE.Once received, please kindly proceed with payment. We will not hold your order if we did not received any feedback or payment prove within 3 days from the invoice date.
2.Some of the items are PRE-ORDER and some are IN-STOCK. For Pre-Order items, we require 70% down payment and the rest of 30% will be made prior to delivery. For In-Stock item, we will require full payment prior to any delivery.
3. No refund will be made to any cancellation on PRE-ORDER items by customer.
4. I only accept payment via Maybank2U and CIMB. The necessary account details for monetary transfer will be detailed in our INVOICE.
i) For Online Payment
Please include hardiyanti1981@gmail.com on recipient's email address before completing transaction so that we can receive the automated notification. Please also copy and paste the transaction details in an email to us.
ii) For Cash Deposit Payment Do
Do drop glambondacouture an email with the following once transfer is done:
- Invoice No.
- Date and Time of transaction
- Total amount paid
B) Delivery term
We choose to deliver via POS LAJU because you can track your orders and are very much reliable as well as provides compensation for any unfortunate incidents.
We can deliver via POS EKSPRES if request but we will not be responsible for any losses (I have learn from other blogshop owner, they have experience lost of items quite often from using Pos Ekspres, thus, I highly recommended POS LAJU, instead)
Our flat POS LAJU rates are as stated below:
- Peninsular Malaysia : RM7
- West Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): RM10
- Peninsular Malaysia : RM6
- West Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak): RM7
